TWICY

Twicy (born Ernest Bright Acquah) acquired his unique stage name from the phrase "Two Eyes I See", hence the name "Twicy". The prominent Afro-beat pop singer / songwriter was born in Agona Swedru located in the central region of Ghana. Twicy always had a knack for singing and crafting songs. The gifted young artist also knew at a young age that he would one day become one of the most powerful, influential recording artists from West Africa, if not the entire world. Twicy fully pursued his passion after graduating Edinam an High School in the year 2013.

Shortly after high school, Twicy recorded a 3 song demo at various studios around Central Ghana. After sending his music to numerous labels, record and management companies, Twicy eventually was picked up by Dailey's Entertainment in 2016 after winning 1st place for a Song Remix Competition hosted by The Media Blast PR and Dailey's Entertainment , and Twicy, along with his management team Dailey's Entertainment have been making history ever since. Aside from winning Song Remix Competitions, the Ghanaian Pop singer continued his winning streak by winning "Male Vocalist of t he Year" at The Central Music Awards in 2018. From there, Twicy released his first globally successful music video "Gimme Love" in 2019. Twicy continued releasing a slew of viral hit singles and music videos such as 2020's inspirational anthem "Hope" which was meant to give people something positive to listen to as the world faced the COVID-19 Pandemic. Twicy also made more international waves with the release of his popular singles "Kinda Lady" (Body Like Nicki Minaj) and his current opus "Latest Issue"!

Twicy has shared the stage as well as the studio with a number of high profile, heavy hitting recording artists from all over the globe such as Patoraking, Stonebwoy, Kuami Eugene, Kurl Songx, Patapaa, Wendy Shay and a host of others. With many musical milestones under his belt, Twicy is well on his way to taking his place on the world music stage.

Rigormortiz, is a British MC, rapper, singer, songwriter and music producer. He is also known as the Kameleon due to the versatility of his lyrical delivery. He is an independent artist whose music is not only limited to Hiphop and R&B but is also known to fuse different elements from various genres of music including house, Techno, Afrobeats and more.. Following the success of his debut mixtape, ''The Rigormortiz Project'' which included hard hitting tracks like ''Bang Bang'' and the melodic ''Click Click'', Rigormortiz has been back in the studio cooking up some hot new tracks. He is also rumoured to be working on some Shona and Ndebele albums as homage to his Zimbabwean Roots and has already released the melodic and romantic song ''Ndinotenda'' which has received huge critical acclaim.

Originally born in Dallas, Don was adopted by the Smith family of Dallas, Texas at the age of one . He was brought up in a solid family structure and brought up in the church as well young Don participated in the choir where he got his first taste of music. Growing up Don struggled with balancing academics with the ways of the streets with fast money and hanging with the wrong crowd eventually the streets won. At 17 Don was kicked out of high school for truancy and hustling he later obtained his G.E.D. and enlisted into the army.

Soldier with Rhythm

Stationed in Alabama music was still always in the back of Don's mind who eventually started teaching himself different musical equipments​. Taking some key notes from his idol Dr. Dre he soon turned his room into a homemade studio collaborating with fellow colleagues to produce music and write songs. Word soon began to spread of the soldier with a heart of music and he was invited by the USO to perform for soldiers and various Army Stations. Doing open mics in the tri state areas and producing Don was content being in the background and helping build other people dreams as well as working on his own. Don executive produced his first album for fellow soldiers and future Florida artist Fury . Don finished his run with the Army being honorably discharged in 2005, he returned to Dallas determined to make a name for himself. Being in the background was no longer an option for Don who wanted to step on front of the make and make a name for himself and share his story. Still continuing to produce for artist such as Lamon " Koop" Jones and various Dallas artist he began molding his own path. Showcasing his talents on different platforms such as the Car Show Benefit and K104's Annual Juneteenth Celebration and Kwanzaa Fest.

Future of Global Don

In 2011 Don debuted his talents with his first mixtape "Military Minded" and in 2016 his second studio mixtape "Street Politics". Following his travels to Overseas to branch out with other artists and marketing . Its always great to see an artist giving back Don never forgot the city that made him speaking to youth at the Urban Specialists Group and Dallas Can Academy. 2021 is definitely the year of the Don and the future holds great things for this up and coming Dallas Gem.
